There is a box in the Narthex of the church to collect canned goods. This will be ongoing during the year. Please pick up an extra canned good and bring it in at any time to share with those in need.
Card Ministry. Remember that we have cards available to send to various members of our community, on the desk at the back of the Sanctuary. $1.00 includes the card ANI) the stamp! Names and addresses of individuals needing a card are available on the desk. Check with Pastor Jim or Joan for current names.
FELLOWSHIP
Koinonia will meet on January 12 at 9:30 a.m. at the church and car pool to Pastor Jim’s residence where we will have our business meeting with refreshments to follow.

INFORMATION
The Trustees are forming a Facilities Committee. The assignment of this committee will be to put together a list of repairs, maintenance, and capital projects for the building. IF you would like to serve on this committee or have any suggestions, please call Jack Brooks at 203 238-2827.

Today we welcome The Rev. Caroline Murphy to our pulpit. As part of our covenantal obligations to the U.C.C. we are occasionally called upon to offer our pulpit as a “neutral” place where a candidate can be observed by a Search Committee. We are pleased to do so today.
